Please note all carriers are experiencing high volumes and some have suspended their delivery time guarantees, therefore we cannot guarantee your package will arrive by a specific date. Orders are filled within 4 business days after you place them. Packages usually take 2-8 business days after leaving our workshop to arrive depending on your location in Canada. Orders to the east coast can take up to 10 days to arrive. Orders to the US can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. All Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post Expedited shipping which has tracking included. If you would like to update your shipping options so that you receive your package faster we offer you the option to do this in the cart while you are checking out. You will need to pay the extra shipping fees for faster service. Please note that US packages don’t get a Canada Post tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and we will also include a tracking number for your shipment if your package is being delivered within Canada.
Lost or stolen packages?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, email us firstname.lastname@example.org NOTE: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages.

Please note: If an order is returned to us by our mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address being entered at checkout, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Please re-check your address at checkout!
Customs and Import Duties
Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this for further information.
If you're in Canada, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus the GST. US orders are subject to customs and duty fees as well as whichever state taxes apply to your order.
Refunds and Returns
At Woodpeckers Toys we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please email us with questions or concerns about your order. Canceling Your Order If you need to cancel your order please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. You can email us @ email@example.com to cancel. Refunds through Stripe can take up to 12 days to show up on your credit card.
